ASELSAN’s LGK 82, LGK 84 and GÖZDE have once again demonstrated their precision strike capabilities, achieving four direct hits against different targets, including a highspeed moving target, during an international live fire demonstration.
On 2 September 2026, the Guidance Systems Demonstration was held at the Konya Karapınar Firing Test Range, with the participation of military officials from more than 15 countries. During the demonstration, two LGK 84 guidance kits were launched from an F16 against an armored personnel carrier and a tank, while an LGK 82 was launched from a BAYRAKTAR AKINCI against another armored personnel carrier. Developed by ASELSAN in cooperation with TÜBİTAK SAGE, GÖZDE was also launched from an AKINCI against a moving target traveling at 50 km/h. All four engagements resulted in direct hits.
Designed to transform freefall bombs into precision guided weapons, LGK 82 and LGK 84 provide high precision engagement capabilities against ground targets. GÖZDE, meanwhile, combines precision guidance with a capability specifically designed to engage highspeed moving targets, demonstrating its effectiveness in dynamic engagement scenarios.
The successful demonstration highlights the versatility of ASELSAN’s guidance solutions across different air platforms and target sets, delivering reliable precision strike capabilities against both stationary and moving targets.
